A four-day, six-town celebration of the region’s bounty, Taste of the Santa Ynez Valley is an immersive experience designed to serve as an introductory course to the region’s food and wine — and the people behind it. More than 100 restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, breweries, distilleries, and entertainment venues will come together for nearly two dozen primary and ancillary events set in and around the distinct communities that make up the Santa Ynez Valley — Ballard, Buellton, Los Alamos, Los Olivos, Solvang, and Santa Ynez.
