Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club welcomes visiting SCORA teams to Ventura’s Harbor Cove Beach from 7 AM to 4 PM for their annual Ventura Outrigger Challenge – where competing teams will battle it out in this 6-man iron race on the open ocean with views of the spectacular Channel Islands.
